Private Pay Fee Structure

We are a private pay practice, meaning we do not bill your insurance for the services we provide. This allows you to maintain confidentiality of your records with your insurance. It enables us to provide services regardless of diagnosis and on a schedule that fits your individual needs. Treatment goals can also be fully individualized without restrictions imposed by insurance. We also keep our services affordable for clients by maintaining low overhead costs. Clients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement from their insurance provider. Clients wishing to file out-of-network with their insurance provider can submit a superbill that we provide. Please let us know if you would like us to provide a superbill for your services.

Service Costs & Agreements

You'll receive detailed pricing information after completing the Becoming a Client form and once your information has been reviewed.

Here’s what to expect:

  • A link to the Client Portal will be sent to you.
  • Inside the portal, you'll find our Service Agreement, which includes the cost of services.
  • You are not obligated to sign the agreement just by entering the portal.

We're happy to answer any questions in the Client Portal before you sign any paperwork or begin services.

 

Good Faith Estimate

Beginning January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act requires providers to provide self-pay clients with a “good faith estimate” of what they may be charged before they receive services. The purpose of this document is to provide a reasonable expectation of total cost of services with the provider. It is important to note that this is an estimate, and the final cost of services is likely to differ to an extent. Meaningful Analytics provides this estimate to clients (or their authorized representative) during the intake process, prior to beginning services.

Please note that the Good Faith Estimate is not a service agreement and does not create an obligation to receive services from Meaningful Analytics. Our Service Agreement, provided and signed during the intake process, contains the actual cost of our services, and can be always accessed in the documents of your client portal through Simple Practice.
