Before co-founding Meaningful Analytics, Louisa oversaw the quality of clinical service delivery for hundreds of individuals and their families across Texas. She was pivotal in spearheading the development and implementation of systems to achieve positive client outcomes, as well as the training and development of certified professionals. With extensive expertise in clinical quality service delivery, clinical operations, organizational behavior management (OBM), and leadership, Louisa is known for her commitment to excellence and strategic approach to meaningful care, principles she continues to apply in her work at Meaningful Analytics.
With over a decade of experience in behavior analysis, Louisa has developed expertise in assessing and treating challenging behavior, verbal behavior, functional behavior assessments, skills-based assessment, and toilet training. She has worked across various settings, including educational environments, clinics, homes, and the community, allowing her to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of individuals and families. Louisa has successfully designed and implemented curricula for certified Behavior Analysts, caregivers, and Trainees seeking certification, and has provided clinical training for caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. In addition to her clinical work, Louisa has contributed to the advancement of behavior analysis through conducting and publishing research and to the academic community as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
