Before Meaningful Analytics, Brittany co-founded an applied behavior analysis organization, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company from a single clinic to locations across Texas, overseeing organizational executives and clinical services. Her expertise spans clinical operations, leadership, and organizational behavior management, with a strong track record of strategic planning and scaling organizations while maintaining high standards of care.
In addition to her clinical and leadership roles, Brittany has contributed to the academic community as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas at San Antonio, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in behavior analysis. She has also presented her research at conferences and authored peer-reviewed publications, reinforcing her commitment to advancing the field of behavioral science.
As the Co-founder and Consulting Partner at Meaningful Analytics, Brittany leads the development of primary care behavioral pediatric services, focusing on both in-person and virtual care.
