SCHEDULE 1ST APPOINTMENT

We contact you to schedule your assessment appointment. The focus of the initial appointment is to complete behavioral assessments and collect data to understand your concerns and goals.

Treatment & Intervention

TREATMENT & INTERVENTION

After analyzing the assessment results, we create a tailored treatment plan and equip caregivers with education, training, and guidance on recommended behavioral strategies. If further assessment is needed before finalizing the plan, we will schedule it in advance.

Follow-up

FOLLOW UP

Follow up appointments are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to monitor progress, collect data, and provide caregiver guidance and support with implementation.

Discharge

DISCHARGE

We move to discharge once all behavioral goals have been met and caregivers feel confident in managing current intervention strategies without further guidance.
